Our City-based client is seeking a maternity cover for their Reward team starting ASAP. This role is crucial to managing the end-to-end process for their comprehensive share plans, including:
- Discretionary plans: deferred bonus awards, restricted stock unit awards, and long-term incentive awards.
- All-employee plans: Save As You Earn scheme and Share Incentive Plan.
You\’ll be the linchpin working with our Company Secretariat, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless administration. Responsibilities include interfacing with our third-party administrator and handling grant and vesting communications.
