Are you a continental shift engineer looking to make the move client side? Are you looking for a greater sense of satisfaction in your job? We have a new role for an M&E qualified shift engineer to join a world class arts venue, based in central London.  Our client has an iconic static estate, based in the heart of Covent Garden. You will be working in a client side estates team and reporting to both a supervisor and manager who will support and develop you within your role. As this is a client side position you will not have to worry about the contract ending, or the pressure that comes with working for a service provider. This organisation will also train and develop you and support your progression within the team. Within this continental shift engineer role you will be working a 4 on 4 off shift, days and nights, 7-7. Within this continental shift engineer role you will be tasked with a variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance duties such as: PPMs and reactive maintenance on the static buildings  Estates maintenance for all HVAC systems. Estates maintenance for all water services including, cooling towers, pumps, calorifiers, chillers and TMVs. Providing maintenance for LV/HV systems across sites. Providing technical support and direction for external contractors You will be given a wealth of rewards and benefits within this role and also have the opportunity to progress within this prestigious organisation. For this M&E Continental Shift Engineer role we are looking for: Qualified level 3 and 18th edition  – Electrical or Degree qualified mechanical engineer or Level 3 Plumbing and Heating qualification Building services maintenance experience of electrical or mechanical maintenance Experience of working in a shift role previously (inclusive of nights) Strong IT skills and able to keep calm under pressure We are looking for upbeat team players that want a long term career within building services.
