Executive Assistant to C-Suite & Board
Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting C-suite and board-level executives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re seeking a polished and professional EA to join a prestigious investment bank in the heart of the City of London.
Location: City of London
Working Pattern: 4–5 days per week in the office
Global Exposure: Regular coordination across multiple time zones
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to senior leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and acting as a trusted gatekeeper. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate high-level meetings, and liaise with stakeholders across global offices.
EA Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level EA support to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage complex, ever-changing diaries and travel itineraries
- Prepare board packs, reports, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate meetings across global time zones with precision
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Support with event planning, investor meetings, and off-sites
