The Company seeks to appoint a Head of Property and Capital Projects on an initial two-year fixed-term engagement. The role will provide strategic leadership and client oversight of estate capital projects across the school, Hall, and commercial estate portfolios. Key priorities over the next two years include overseeing major capital projects on the Hall and a commercial property, as well as supporting the delivery of major capital programmes and strategic masterplanning across the schools for which the Company is estate trustee. Acting on behalf of the Estate Trustee, the postholder will offer expert advice and assurance to the Company\’s governance committees and leadership, while establishing strong project delivery, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of leading delivery of capital projects and programmes and demonstrable experience of providing oversight and assurance relating to capital project delivery to executive teams and Boards. The role would suit an individual that enjoys a programme oversight role across a diverse range of projects and that will be motivated by the purpose and activities of the Company.
