Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver We are recruiting for long term ongoing Class 1 HGV Shunter Drivers to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Shunter driver you will ensure yard movements are done correctly and support the smooth running of the operation. Shift Patterns / Working Hours: + 4 on 4 off + 6:30am to 6:30pm The successful Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will: + Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months + Have a valid tacho and DQC card + Previous experience preferred + Have a positive can do attitude Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will include: + Moving trailers or units around the yard + Ensure safety of other in the yard You will receive: + Days – £15.30 per hour + OT after 9.6 hours daily – £22.95 per hour Benefit of working with Pertemps: + Weekly pay + Pension + Annual leave + 24/7 support + Mortgage references To apply for the Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver role, please submit an up to date CV or call us on 01332 363000 to discuss the opportunity further.
