As a branch assistant at one of our busy Insites you will be a pivotal part of our Insite Team. Being of a positive infectious nature in a customer facing environment is key to this role as you will be the face of Rubix around site. We support our customers to ensure they have the parts they need when they need them, while offering cost savings to the customer alongside our wide range of value added services.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Insite Manager on a daily basis you will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Replenishing our on site vending machines
  • Collecting deliveries from our local branch and distributing to key contacts around site
  • Ensuring our on site stock counts are kept up to date and stock accuracy maintained
  • Scanning and replenishing of stock at our many stock locations around site.
  • Raising purchase orders on our IT system with suppliers
  • Raising sales orders on our IT system

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Full driving licence (Must meet company criteria for driving company vehicles)
  • Good timekeeping skills
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • IT skills beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
