About The Role
In Transaction Services, we support a broad range of clients, including private equity firms, investment funds, and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. We advise throughout the lifecycle of the deal, working on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. Our team develops specialist sector understanding and sharp financial due‑diligence skills, leveraging deep industry expertise and actionable insights.
What Your Days Will Look Like
As a Senior Manager, you will analyse financial and non‑financial information against our clients’ value‑creation investment hypotheses. You will prepare financial due‑diligence reports and communicate findings using our cloud‑based platform to help corporate and private equity clients make deal‑related decisions.
You will also lead, coach, and develop teams, interact with senior management and business owners to assess historical and projected performance and broader commercial issues.
The Role Is For You If
- Must possess an ACA qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.
- Industry experience in any of the following sectors: Energy, Utilities, Mining and Infrastructure; Financial Services; Healthcare and Pharma; Industrial Manufacturing and Services; Retail, Consumer and Leisure; Real Estate; or Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
- Ability to identify key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers (financial and non‑financial).
- Understanding of due‑diligence processes, including risk‑management procedures.
- Excellent business writing and Excel skills.
- Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI and other data‑analytics and visualisation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial awareness.
- Interpersonal skills: nurturing talented teams, mentoring staff, confident interacting with clients and management.
