About Growth Kitchen
Eating in 2025 is like eating in 1955. We shop for ingredients, cook and waste lots of ingredients in the process. Food delivery is significantly better, however, ordering is too expensive and the best restaurants are often not available where we live. Ordering is a treat – not an everyday, personalised commidity. Growth Kitchen is on a mission to change that. We want the best restaurants to be available everywhere and to become as cheap as McDonald\’s through scale and automation.
Our platform enables kitchen operators (e.g. Hilton Hotel) to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian or Coqfighter from their existing kitchens. Although we\’ve raised significant investments and we\’re a profitable business, we\’re still a young and small team.
The Role
We’re looking for a smart, creative and commercially-minded Marketing Manager to help grow both our brand and the brands we work with. You’ll sit across brand, content, digital, and growth — rolling up your sleeves to deliver marketing that drives exponential growth.
This is an exciting and varied role for someone who wants to scale challenger brands and build something new in the food space.
What You’ll Do
- Own marketing plans for partner brands (like the Athenian and Coqfighter) across local, digital, and national campaigns
- Test and launch campaigns across social, content, paid, print, email, PR and more — both UK-wide, and city-specific
- Create engaging, on-brand social and video content
- Build Growth Kitchen’s own brand through storytelling, social media, and strategic PR
- Work directly with founders and senior partners — fast feedback, fast impact
Who You Are
- Passionate about food, restaurants and all things brand, with a natural inclination to stay at the forefront of trends
- A startup marketer, ideally from a B2C brand (food, DTC, FMCG, tech)
- Equally creative and analytical — you can come up with smart ideas and measure their impact
- Have strong brand instincts, but know how to roll out tactical, scrappy campaigns that drive results
- Excellent writer, content creator, and communicator, with the ability to generate high quality video content a big plus
- Hands-on experience with social media and email marketing
- Deeply customer-obsessed — you think in people, not personas
Nice to Have
- Experience growing a consumer or food brand
- Experience running local marketing or managing agencies/freelancers
Why Join Us?
- Direct impact on the future of food and hospitality
- Huge ownership and variety — work across brand, growth, product, and content
- Competitive salary + equity
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension, ClassPass, and more
Want to help build the next generation of restaurant brands?
Apply now — we’d love to meet you.
