What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Owning and driving our internal hiring function – with full autonomy and visibility across the business.
• Leading, coaching and challenging our TA team.
• Making strategic, high-impact hires that raise the bar and move the business forward.
• Leveraging Enzo’s brand and network to headhunt top-tier recruiters who fit Enzo.
• Taking a seat at the leadership table – influencing how we scale, who we hire, and where we go next.

We want you to challenge us. Your ideas, strategies, and opinions will be taken seriously. This isn’t a role where we want someone to just follow what’s been done before.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ve built or scaled TA teams before – ideally in recruitment or fast-growth businesses.
• You care about quality and cultural fit – not just filling seats.
• You’re happy taking accountability and working with a high level of autonomy.
• You get excited about building something and leaving a mark – not just doing a job.

The Bigger Picture:

We’ve got big hiring plans over the next two years – and while the foundation is strong, there’s real space for someone to come in, take ownership, and shape how we scale from here.
