What are we looking for?

We seek Solution Architects with deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics to help clients design solutions, improve customer experiences, and integrate new technologies into their organizations. This role involves turning ideas into actionable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Experience

• Lead solution design and architecture through design authorities and business forums
• Deep understanding of Microsoft technology stack, including D Customer Service, Power Platform, AI Builder, and Azure services
• Experience with D Customer Service module, case management, SLA management, routing, and contact management
• Ability to design integration architecture with enterprise platforms like Active Directory and Exchange
• Knowledge of Dynamics/Power Automate connectors, configuration, and enterprise requirements
• Experience with email classification, entity extraction, case handling via Power Automate and AI Builder
• Understanding of Dataverse as part of solutions
• Financial Services background, especially in Capital Markets and back-office procedures
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead teams, ensure delivery, and oversee governance
• Create PoCs and present features to clients
