As a Care Worker with CrossReach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity, comfort and joy. You’ll be part of a close, supportive team, providing care that genuinely improves quality of life every day.
What Your Day Could Involve
- Acting as a key worker and helping to shape and review personalised care plans
- Supporting people with personal care and daily routines with kindness and respect

About You
You bring warmth, patience and compassion to your work and treat every person with dignity and respect. You understand the importance of person-centred care and take pride in making others feel valued. Ideally, you’ll hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or be willing to work towards it with our support.
You’ll have basic computer skills for learning and record keeping, be registered with the SSSC, be a member of the PVG Scheme, and feel comfortable working within and upholding CrossReach’s Christian ethos.
