Senior Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Reactive Maintenance £60k-£70k + package North London We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Property Services Contractor working on a social housing repairs and maintenance contract in North London. We are looking for a proven commercial professional with experience in social housing repairs contracts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of reactive and planned maintenance as well as a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process and excellent client relationship skills.
