This is your chance to step into a high-energy leadership role in the fitness industry, working with a disruptive business thats shaking up the way people train. Youll lead a small, driven team of Sales Executives who are based in gyms coaching, supporting and motivating them to hit their targets.

THE ROLE
Youll be out in the field every day, working directly with your team inside partner gyms. Its hands-on: leading by example, helping them develop their pitch, overcome objections, and close more sales. Youll run daily huddles, track KPIs, manage reporting, and build strong relationships with gym managers to ensure were getting the visibility and support we need.
This isnt a clipboard job youll be selling too. Youll be the best salesperson on the team and set the standard for performance.

Youve managed a sales team in a fitness environment maybe on the gym floor, in membership sales, or even in PT management. You know how to drive results without barking orders and understand how to get the best from people through coaching and energy.
