Admin & HR Assistant Manager – Permanent – Fully on-site in Guildford – Salary from £35,000 I am looking to recruit for an experienced CIPD Certified HR Assistant Manager to join a global organisation at their UK Headquarters in Guildford and you work with the Head of HR and Admin to run the day to day operations of all things HR and Admin. The role will require someone who is flexible in their approach as you will wear many hats as they are on an upward growth curve and will give you your own growth path to become the HR Manager in time. This will make the role more varied and hopefully more interesting as you add strings to your bow. Job description Keep the office running smoothly by managing inventory and ensuring supplies are always stocked. Assist in troubleshooting IT issues and liaise with our external IT support. Manage important documents like vehicle fleet records, business mobiles and office equipment. Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations Supporting staff in other departments, e.g. Finance, Marketing SC&P and Sales Department Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Conduct inductions to newly hired employeesDamia Group Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
