We are a client-centric small Independent Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm with the opportunity for a new member of the team to work alongside the existing Advisers. Ideal for an existing Adviser or for a Paraplanner who wants more client interaction, the main role will be to work alongside the existing Partners to provide technical support and to grow into the role of managing the client relationship. We are looking for either a fully DipPFS qualified individual or someone who is very close to completion of the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. IT skills required Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook good and accurate keyboard skills Experience of using IFA software tools such as FE Analytics, IRESS and cash-flow modelling tools. Personal skills required Good standard of written and verbal communication Attention to detail Personal & Professional integrity Good interpersonal skills Effective time management Ability to critically evaluate information, probe and challenge A flexible and adaptable attitude towards work Salary & Conditions Basic salary will be determined by experience of candidate plus performance related bonus. Potential for rapid career progression. This is a full-time post 35 hours per week. Role will be office based exclusively – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with only occasional incidental opportunity to work from home. AWFM We are a growing firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)and Wealth Managersbased in Farningham less than a mile outside the M25 south of Junction 3. We provide advice to private clients across London and the South East of England. There are currently 3 Partners and 6 other members of staff. We occupy newly refurbished air-conditioned offices with on-site parking for staff and clients.
