Civil Engineer to Senior Civil Engineer 📍 Caterham, Surrey 💼 £40,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance up to £8,000 (Hybrid | Residential Developments | Career Progression) Join a Leading UK Housebuilder’s In-House Civil Engineering Team An industry-leading UK housebuilder is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (from intermediate to senior level) to join their growing in-house engineering team based in Caterham, Surrey. You’ll be part of a well-established and collaborative team of 10 engineering professionals including a Technical Director, Technical Manager, Engineers, and Architectural Technologists. The wider business has over 300 employees, with around 40 staff based in the Caterham office. The Role As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll be responsible for delivering civil engineering design work across residential developments ranging from 100–200 units. Your focus will be primarily on drainage and highways infrastructure design, supporting projects through their full lifecycle. The role also offers opportunities to collaborate across disciplines throughout the development process.
