Compliance Group Electrical is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract up to March 2026. This role would suit those able to work 16-18hrs per week, spread over 2-3 days per week. Compliance Group Electrical stands as a trusted leader in the field of electrical compliance. As an Operational Administrator you’ll support the Electrical Test and Remedial team within our Operations department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Helpdesk and Planning Administrators, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of electrical testing, reporting, and remedial works. What you receive for joining us: We offer an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, working 16-18hrs per week, ideally over a two-to-three-day period (9am-5pm) based on site at our Watton premises. Additionally, we offer 23 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays (pro-rata) and company pension. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing: Provide daily administrative support to the Electrical Test and Remedial team, including document handling, system updates, and coordination with internal departments, subcontractors, and the Helpdesk/Planning team for job scheduling and resource allocation Manage inbound enquiries related to electrical testing, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure accurate, up-to-date recordkeeping across systems in line with procedures and regulations Prepare and issue all necessary documentation such as test certificates, reports, quotations, and completion notes, while monitoring job progress and raising delays or issues as needed Assist in compiling internal reports and performance metrics and actively contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement of workflows and processesCan you show experience in some of these areas?
