Care Coordinator – Flexible Hours – Sherborne Are you an organised and compassionate individual looking to take the next step in your career in care? We are a friendly, well-regarded domiciliary care company based in Sherborne, and we’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join and complement our existing coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility and team collaboration. What We’re Offering: We understand that work-life balance is important. We’re particularly interested in candidates who can cover: Morning shifts (7:00am – 3:00pm) OR Afternoon/evening shifts (3:00pm – 10:00pm) There’s plenty of flexibility available – whether you\’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, we’re happy to shape the role around the needs of the business and the right candidate. Your Role Will Include: Coordinating care visits and rotas for carers Communicating with clients, families and staff to ensure smooth delivery of care Supporting carers with queries and problem-solving Participating in on-call support as needed (shared with the team) Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance We’re Looking For: Experience in domiciliary/home care (ideally in a coordination or senior carer role) Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive and positive attitude Confidence working under pressure and problem-solving IT literacy (care software experience is a bonus) A driving licence is preferred, but not essential Why Join Us?
