Our client, a forward-thinking utilities company, is currently recruiting for a Workforce Coordinator to join their coordination team. The Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for contacting their client\’s Connects portfolio of commercial customers to arrange installation appointments including exchanges, maintenance, and new connections. Responsibilities for the Workforce Coordinator: Efficiently arranging appointments for engineers within your region, considering travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels, and customer demand. Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer queries in relation to appointment booking, via telephony and email. Responding to general customer enquiries according to the requirements of customer contracts.Key Skills & Experience for the Workforce Coordinator: Up to 2 years\’ experience in Coordination/Scheduling – desirable but not essential Keyboard/Personal computer skills Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Strong written and spoken communicationPlease apply as directed
