Role: Administrator Location: Roxton, Bedford Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour break Salary: £12.21ph Duration : Temporary, ongoing We are currently working with a manufacturing company who are looking for an Administrator to come and join their friendly fast paced office based in Roxton, Bedford on a temporary basis to cover a busy period. Job Duties: * Supporting the team with day to day administration tasks including record-keeping, filling, and correspondence * Being first point of contact answering telephones and taking messages for the relevant person * Responding to emails and ensuring the inbox is kept clear * Processing orders * Updating listings, pictures and info on the company system * Assisting with Data entry What we are looking for * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * 1 year of customer service experience * Computer literate * Good time management skills and the ability to work well within a team * Right to work in the UK * Satisfactory references So, are you ready for your next job?
