Electrical Engineer – Skelmersdale – Up to £42,000 A leading FM provider is looking for a skilled and qualified Electrical Engineer to join their team in Skelmersdale. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to take ownership of PPM, reactive maintenance, and compliance tasks within a modern, well-maintained facility. Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer: * Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance * Inspect, repair, and install electrical plant, lighting, and control systems * Manage M&E compliance and complete works via the CAFM system Requirements for the Electrical Engineer: * Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Strong experience as an Electrical Engineer within facilities management * Understanding of M&E systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and HVAC support * Familiarity with health & safety procedures, RAMS, and CAFM systems What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £42,000 * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Life assurance and enhanced benefits * Static Monday to Friday role – no travel If you’re a reliable and proactive Electrical Engineer looking for a secure, full-time role with a respected FM provider, apply now for immediate consideration
