Behaviour Mentor South-West London £95-£100 per day Full job description Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? ANZUK is looking for Behaviour Mentors to join our excellent schools across South-West London, supporting pupils with SEMH needs, Autism & ADHD. This will be across Primary, Secondary & SEN schools so lots of opportunities. The schools are committed to providing equality and equity for all students, offering a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and make positive life choices for a successful future. Responsibilities Support children in their learning and development by implementing. individualised behaviour management strategies, to support their needs. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective communication and mentoring. Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to address the unique needs of each child. Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs, including speech therapy and early childhood education activities. Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to parents and educators as needed. The Ideal Candidate: Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to use initiative. A child and adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Full-time availability Mon-Fri 8.30am-3.30pm and a strong sense of commitment.
