Job Title: Assistant Site Manager – Residential Fit Out Location: Fulham Broadway Company: Main Contractor Salary: £220 – £240 a day (CIS) Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 11 months Company Our client is a reputable main contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential projects on time and within budget. They’re currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a key project: the full internal fit out of 11 residential apartments. The Role: As the Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of the fit out phase, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will coordinate all internal trades while helping to maintain a productive and safe site environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing day-to-day site operations and logistics * Support coordination and supervision of subcontractor activities * Monitor quality and progress against programme milestones * Conduct site inductions and enforce H&S compliance * Track deliveries and manage materials on-site * Assist with snagging, handover and close-out procedures * Maintain accurate site records and reporting Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar site-based role * Experience with residential fit out projects preferred * Strong understanding of construction processes and H&S regulations * SMSTS, CSCS card (essential) * First Aid at Work (essential) * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player For more information please apply within or contact Aaron Billett at CSC Recruitment
