What you can expect as a strategy Developer:

  • Salary of £38,000 to £45,000 per annum (based on experience)

As our new Strategy Developer, you will conduct analysis, strategy development, digital journey development and process testing and reviews to drive continuous improvement in business performance. This role will be supporting the development of our end-to-end strategies utilizing the following platforms Debt Manager, FICO Blaze Advisor, PEGA and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with all areas of the company, interacting with our internal clients along with assisting IT with external clients when implementing new software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Digital Strategy Manager and Senior Strategy Manager in organising and delivering projects set.

  • Scope and development of email template, campaigns, Marketing Cloud journeys.

  • Develop, maintain and document account management strategies reflecting business requirements considering business processes, systems architecture and compliance guidelines utilizing FICO Debt Manager.

  • Work with colleagues across Strategy & Insight to deploy tailored customer treatment paths.

  • Provide peer review support to ensure the accuracy of deployed solutions meet company requirements and minimize risk of customer detriment.

  • Creation of decision logic, maintain and update through FICO Blaze Advisor and PEGA decision engine.

  • Ensure all relevant department KPIs are consistently met.

  • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties as requested.

  • Pre and Post implementation testing of allcustomer treatment pathsdeployed.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience using at least one of the following: PEGA, Salesforce, Blaze Advisor, Debt Manager.

  • Knowledge of SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques is preferable but not essential.

  • Ability to define requirements and implement practical solutions

  • Ability to convey complex technical content in an easily digestible manner

Education & Certification

  • Technical Certification in software preferred (HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript)

  • STEM degree which incorporates programming elements preferable or over 2 years’ experience using software such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL in a Salesforce platform.
