A technology services company supporting a major Gulf-based institutions are looking for an experienced support engineer specialising in JamF to play a key role in supporting a high-profile user base.
You will play a highly visible support role to ensure that clients using Mac-based systems can properly access and integrate with an otherwise Azure-based organisation. This will involve being the point of contact for the customer for all technology related service requests, and being able to diagnose and correct problems across hardware, software and cloud configurations, being flexible in terms of working hours, having strong attention to detail, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
- 5+ years support engineering experience for a high profile/demanding client base
- Advanced JamF experience (JamF Pro, Apply Business Manager, automated packaging)
- Experience as point of contact for L2/L3 ticketing requests
- Broader technology xperience in Azure, Intune, Windows365, networking, VC etc is preferred
- Excellent customer/client facing skills and stakeholder management
This is a fully remote permanent role which demands flexible working hours. Client based Abu Dhabi. UK Salary equivalent £55,000-£60,000.
