Offshore Coordinator – Grimsby

We\’re hiring an Offshore Coordinator to manage offshore logistics and ensure the safe and efficient movement of people and vessels from our Grimsby site. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations for offshore wind maintenance and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate vessel and helicopter activity to align with daily operational plans.
*

Provide Operational Control under UK Safe Systems of Work.
*

Track offshore personnel and vessel locations in real-time.
*

Respond to radio communications and manage emergency escalations.
*

Input and maintain accurate data in offshore management systems.
*

Monitor weather conditions and advise on access/sailing times.
*

Liaise with port/marine authorities and other local stakeholders.
*

Ensure safety certifications and compliance are maintained.

Requirements:

Strong IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
*

Excellent communication and radio operation skills
*

Awareness of safe systems of work and offshore safety
*

Desirable: experience in SAP, marine coordination, or offshore operations
