Sales Development Representative – FinTech
Location: London (Hybrid)
£35,000 – £45,000 + OTE

They\’re now looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their high-performing team in London.
The Role
As an SDR, you\’ll be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality discovery calls for the wider sales team. You\’ll play a key role in outbound prospecting and be a key part of a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and assess suitability
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Stay up to date on market trends and product knowledge
About You:
- 1 year + experience as an SDR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, curious, and highly motivated
- Resilient, positive, and target-driven
- Comfortable using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach
