We\’re recruiting for a high-performing Sales Manager to take charge of a well-established dealership team, in the West Yorkshire area.
As Sales Manager, you\’ll be responsible for driving the performance of the sales team, delivering outstanding customer service and maximising profitability across new and used vehicle sales. You\’ll play a pivotal role in coaching, motivating, and developing your team to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Salary: £40,000 Basic | £70,000+ OTE
5 day working week – alternating weekends off
