We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our team based in Council Headquarters.
You will undertake a wide range of clerical duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, data input, taking minutes at meetings, and managing a varied workload.
Excellent customer service is our priority; therefore, you will demonstrate commitment to customer care and preferably have previous experience handling customer enquiries by telephone.
Effective communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in IT, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
You should be able to effectively prioritize your workload, respond to changing priorities, and contribute to team goals and projects. When completing the application, please ensure you cover the following:
