We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our team based in Council Headquarters.

You will undertake a wide range of clerical duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, data input, taking minutes at meetings, and handling a varied workload.

Excellent customer service is our priority; therefore, you should demonstrate commitment to customer care and preferably have previous experience of handling customer inquiries by telephone.

Effective communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.

You should be able to prioritize your workload effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to team goals and projects.
