Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing – Planned Maintenance, Voids & Electrical Essex Full-Time, Permanent position £50K – £60K + car allowance We are working with a successful and growing Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Essex, delivering a portfolio of works including Planned Maintenance, Voids, Decarbonisation and Electrical contracts. We are looking for a proven commercial professional ideally with experience in social housing refurbishment programmes, with knowledge of internal and external planned maintenance programmes and a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process, as well as excellent client relationship skills.
