This crucial role will focus on Luxury Retail Projects from concept all the way through to final completion. As a Senior within the business, you will get the chance to work on some incredible projects for very well respected clients.

Requirements
Experience of working on luxury retail designs
Knowledge and previous experience of working within tenant guidelines
Strong visual storytelling skills
Superb knowledge of materials and finishes, and their appropriate uses.
Proficiency in generating drawing tender packages
Able to confidently assist the Associate in the design and production of interior or architectural projects within the office
Good knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD required. Knowledge of REVIT preferred.
Collaborative with other disciplines such as signage, installation, wayfinding, and branding.
Experience designing, scheduling, sourcing, and delivering FF&E.
Experience with CRM packages an advantage.
Experience liaising with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Hand sketching skills from both a creative and technical perspective would be beneficial.
Good communication skills and presentation skills.
