Responsibilities of the Audit and Accounts Manager include:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of audit and accounts clients.
- Plan, lead, and finalise audit assignments.
- Review statutory accounts prepared under UK GAAP.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members.
- Manage client relationships and handle technical queries.
- Ensure work is completed to high standards and deadlines are met.
- Contribute to business development and firm growth.
- Liaise with partners on strategic client and practice matters.
The successful Audit and Accounts Manager:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice, including audit.
