We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our Dispatch team in Bicester. This is a full-time, ongoing role working Monday to Friday in a supportive and well-structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately pack larger boxes with up to 8 smaller food boxes (1kg–2kg each)

* Stack completed boxes onto pallets, ready for dispatch

* Work closely with an experienced team member to ensure quality and efficiency

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Working Conditions:

* Indoor environment with good lighting

* Dispatch area is temperature controlled at 4°C – a jacket is provided

* Physically active role, but not overly demanding

Shift :

* Monday to Friday

* 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

* Reliability and attention to detail

* Ability to work well in a team

* Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is a plus but not required
