Multi-Skilled Engineer – Facilities Maintenance Location: Horsham | £21 Per hour PAYE We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a multi-skilled engineer to join the facilities team at a commercial office site in Horsham. This is a 3-month temporary role with the intention to go permanent. The role covers: Planned and reactive maintenance across building systems (mechanical, electrical, general fabric) Day-to-day facilities support in a commercial environment Working alongside an on-site team to keep things running smoothlyDetails: £21.00 per hour on a PAYE basis (roughly £43,680 annually) Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (some flexibility with start/finish times) Free on-site parking Stable hours, long-term opportunity if it’s the right fitWhat you’ll need: Solid background in facilities/building maintenance Comfortable working across multiple trades (M&E and general building) Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent) preferredStart as temp, settle in, and if it works for both sides, move into a permanent role.
