Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break) Location: Outskirts of Canterbury Immediate start Due to the site location you will need drive and have your own transport We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse team. This role involves a mix of forklift operation and manual handling duties, supporting both incoming and outgoing stock. Key Responsibilities: Operate Forklift as part of daily warehouse duties Assist with unloading deliveries, including climbing into box lorries and using strops to manually pull out cabinets/units (Forklift cannot be used for these items) Safely handle and store incoming stock – some items are up to 12ft (2.2m) in length and are stored at ground level (no racking) Pick and prepare outgoing orders from picking lists – volume can vary from 1 to 7 jobs per day Load goods onto outgoing lorries upon collection Requirements: Valid counterbalance Forklift licence Comfortable with manual handling Good attention to detail and ability to follow picking lists Physically fit and able to handle large and heavy items safely Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player If you\’re practical, dependable, and ready to get stuck in, we\’d love to hear from you!
