We’re recruiting for a dedicated Conference Programme Development Manager on a part time basis 21 hours a week to cover maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term contract. Our client are a not for profit organisation based close to High Wycombe who offer fantastic hybrid working. This role is offering a salary of up to £49,000 FTE dependent on experience You will be mainly home based but will need to live within an hour of High Wycombe area as will be attending the office around once a week. The role involves developing and delivering event content and agendas, identifying relevant themes, selecting speakers, and working with marketing for event promotion. The manager will work closely with the Senior Events Manager to ensure high-quality, well-planned events that enhance delegate experience and drive attendance and sponsorship.
