As the Accounts Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with various accounting software. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with day-to-day financial tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports. Cash Book control and forecasting receipts and payments Petty cash reconciliations Assist with month-end journals and reconciliations Customer accounts reconciliation Prepare invoices, process payments (in different currencies), processing timesheets and expenses Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
