We’re looking for an organised and proactive Secretary to join a busy legal team on a rolling monthly contract. You’ll provide key secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Experience working in a legal environment is desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities Audio typing and preparing correspondence, legal documents and reports Document management, organising, filing and maintaining accurate records Handling calls, dealing with client and third-party enquiries professionallyWhat We’re Looking For Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar secretarial or admin role Strong typing and audio typing skills with excellent attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks A professional and approachable manner when dealing with clientsContract: Rolling 1-month contract with regular extensions Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm Start Date: Immediate
