This field-based role covers a high-performing patch across Essex and East London, including the CM, CO, E, EC, EN, IG, and SS postcode areas. If you\’re a driven B2B sales professional with a strong background in account management and relationship building, this is a brilliant opportunity to take over a well-established region. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B client accounts across your regional territory * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets and KPIs * Deliver exceptional client service through regular reviews and relationship management * Tailor consultative sales solutions based on client needs and business goals * Provide product training and ongoing support to help clients get the most value from services * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead and provide strategic insight * Keep accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales data using CRM systems * Collaborate closely with the Area Sales Director and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field-based B2B Account Manager or Sales role * Background in selling services and demonstrating ROI to clients * Strong closing skills, ideally in a one-meeting sales cycle or fast-paced environment * Able to handle objections and work within a non-discounting pricing model * Familiar with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP * Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills * Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits: * Basic Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (based on experience) * Bonus: Uncapped £15,000 OTE (guaranteed for the first 4 months) * Company Car: Fully expensed vehicle provided * Holidays: 27 days annual leave + bank holidays * Healthcare: Private medical cover for you and your dependents * Career Development: Structured progression pathway to more senior roles Why Apply?
