This field-based role covers a high-performing territory across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the East Midlands, including the following postcode areas: YO, LN, DN, WF, HU, NG, LE & PE. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts across your regional territory * Maximise revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies * Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions * Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to demonstrate value and ROI * Provide product training and day-to-day support to ensure service usage and satisfaction * Monitor market activity and competitor behaviour to maintain your position as a trusted advisor * Maintain accurate CRM records of all meetings, opportunities, and pipeline progress * Work closely with the Area Sales Director and internal support teams to drive client success Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in a field-based B2B Account Manager or Sales role * Experience working with service-based solutions and selling on ROI * Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, one-call close environment * Skilled in handling pricing objections and selling within a fixed pricing structure * Familiar with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, SNAP) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills * Commercially focused with strong attention to detail and client outcomes * Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits: * Basic Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) * Bonus: £15,000 uncapped OTE (realistic and guaranteed for the first 4 months) * Company Car: Fully expensed * Holiday: 27 days annual leave + bank holidays * Healthcare: Private medical cover for you and your dependents * Progression: Clear development plan with structured career progression Why Apply?
