They are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to provide excellent front-of-house service while keeping their facilities running smoothly. What you will be doing: * Greet and sign in visitors, managing access passes and security protocols. * Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and executive office support. * Handle incoming/outgoing post and courier services. * Monitor and order supplies for reception, kitchen, and stationery areas. * Raise and track facilities jobs and office purchase requisitions. * Support London office events, desk bookings, and maintain key manuals. About you: * Calm under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills. * Confident working independently and as part of a team. * Skilled with Microsoft Office and Excel, with an eye for detail. * Positive, adaptable and solutions focused. * Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building abilities. * Professional and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
