Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator Location: Buckinghamshire Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to join their company on a permanent, full-time basis. The Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that learners with specific educational needs receive the appropriate support and resources to ensure assessment parity. Working closely with internal teams, training providers, learners, and employers to provide a cohesive and effective approach to administering reasonable adjustments. Key responsibilities: * Act as the primary contact for complex or escalated reasonable adjustments, ensuring fair and equitable practices through internal and external guidance. * Support the design of inclusive educational products and collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date, industry-aligned policies. * Liaise with candidates, employers, and training providers to gather evidence and make informed, evidence-based decisions. * Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor adherence to the Reasonable Adjustments and Access Arrangements policy. * Define and report on performance metrics for reasonable adjustments, including escalation volumes and policy compliance. * Analyse assessment data to identify trends and risks, and work with the Professional Standards Accreditation team to improve provider understanding and system performance.
