Salter Grange is currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a Leading Engineering Contractor on a large Data Centre in Belgium. Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as an Electrical Construction Manager on large fast track construction projects such as industrial, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma or Commercial Experience. With ambitious growth plans, our client needs hard-working, open-minded individuals to join the team and embark on their journey. This position is open to candidates who are legally authorized and have the right to work in the European Union. Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities: * Management of all day-to-day site operations * Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors. * Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to time administrator for tracking centrally. * Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings * Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections. * Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client. * Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers Electrical Construction Manager Requirements: * A trade background and 5 – 7 years previous experience managing large installation projects and sub-contractors. * Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projects. * Experienced in design and build.
