Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in civils, bridges, and structures? We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected and growing civil engineering business with over £20m in annual turnover. With a strong pipeline of work across Newport, Bristol and Gloucestershire, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS to take a lead role across a range of exciting projects. About the Role: * Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects * Projects typically include bridges, reinforced concrete structures, earthworks, and infrastructure * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to manage costs, contracts and valuations * Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and final accounts * Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering sector * Strong understanding of NEC contracts and construction law * Experience with bridges, structures, or infrastructure preferred * Confident communicator with the ability to lead commercial discussions and reporting * Full UK driving licence – travel between sites required What\’s on Offer: * Competitive salary: £65,000 – £80,000 depending on experience * Car or car allowance * Bonus scheme * Private healthcare * Opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established and growing contractor Join a company with a solid reputation, long-standing client relationships, and a commitment to quality and safety in everything they do
