SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an exciting business located in Warwick, on a full-time permanent basis. Salary: £28,000 per annum Benefits: Company bonus, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, death in service, free on-site parking Key Responsibilities Accurately process and code supplier invoices Scan, upload, and register invoices in the system Verify parts and subcontractor invoices Ensure invoices are approved and filed accordingly Deal with supplier queries promptly and professionally Process company credit cards using new finance software Work closely with managers to ensure timely invoice approvals Produce reports to follow up on outstanding invoices Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Support the treasury team with ad-hoc payment set-up and approvals Prepare VAT reports for the UK company (Spain & Germany) and German entity Assist with ad hoc reporting and month-end accounts tasks Help with Sales Ledger account creation, reconciliations, and cover Produce monthly debtor reports when required Support with bank reconciliations when needed Requirements: A passion for finance Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time-management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Confident communicator across all levels of the business Proficient in Microsoft Excel Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or finance role Interested?
