About the Role As a Powder Coater , you will be responsible for applying high-quality powder coatings to a variety of surfaces, ensuring a durable and visually appealing finish. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, dynamic, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and pre-treatment. Apply powder coatings to products using appropriate equipment and techniques. Maintain and operate powder coating machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed. Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in powder coating or a similar role. Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality finishes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are ideally looking for someone with poweder coating experience however this client is willing to train someone with a good work ethic and experience in similair production roles. Hours and Pay!
