THE ROLE You\’ll lead a small team of Sales Executives who operate inside leading gym chains. Your job is to coach them, challenge them, and get the best out of them every day. You\’ll be in the field – not behind a desk – joining them on the gym floor, helping them close, and showing them how it\’s done. You\’ll manage performance, report on targets, and ensure every gym partner sees the value in the service we provide. ABOUT YOU You\’ve managed people in a fitness sales environment.
