They are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to provide excellent front-of-house service while keeping their facilities running smoothly. What you will be doing: • Greet and sign in visitors, managing access passes and security protocols. • Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and executive office support. • Handle incoming/outgoing post and courier services. • Monitor and order supplies for reception, kitchen, and stationery areas. • Raise and track facilities jobs and office purchase requisitions. • Support London office events, desk bookings, and maintain key manuals. About you: • Calm under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills. • Confident working independently and as part of a team. • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Excel, with an eye for detail. • Positive, adaptable and solutions focused. • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building abilities. • Professional and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
