Telesales Representative Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating sales, nurturing corporate client accounts, and driving new business opportunities. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team, you will focus on producing high-quality leads, meeting set targets, and delivering exceptional sales support. This is an in-person, full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and uncapped commission potential. The company is was formed over three decades ago and have been the go to flooring suppliers and installers in the South. Please note: No visa sponsorship is offered for this role. Remote working is not available. A full driving license and own transport are essential due to the location. Responsibilities As a Telesales Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Identifying opportunities, generating leads, and booking appointments for the sales team, with a focus on high-quality cold and warm leads. Professionally handling incoming calls, screening, and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner. Developing creative pitches and propositions tailored to specific industry sectors. Proactively following up on leads generated through outbound calls. Utilizing your initiative to identify and pursue opportunities with companies not currently in our database. Maintaining a high degree of accuracy in managing the database to support targeted marketing activities. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives. Sharing and implementing best practices to contribute to team performance. Identifying resource needs and discussing them with line managers. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following: Experience as a telesales representative is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems. Ability to quickly learn about products and services and effectively communicate their value to prospects. Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A cool-tempered demeanor and the ability to handle rejection professionally. A full driving license and access to your own transport (public transport is not available at the location). Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve: Making outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments. Responding to incoming calls and addressing client inquiries. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and objectives. Updating and maintaining the client database with accurate and up-to-date information. Following up on leads and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Contributing to team discussions and sharing innovative ideas to improve processes.
