Health, Safety & Compliance Coordinator Location: Southampton, with occasional travel to London Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 33-35k We’re hiring for a Health, Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support our Facilities and Compliance functions across our UK sites. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving health, safety, and environmental compliance with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track compliance actions across both sites, ensuring timely completion Collect and report sustainability and health & safety data each month Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools Support site audits, inspections, and action tracking Keep training records, induction materials, and documentation up to date Coordinate first aid resources and ensure emergency response materials are in place Investigate and report near misses and incidents related to facility operations Support internal teams with compliance processes and improvement initiativesAbout You Minimum 5 years\’ experience in a health & safety or compliance-focused role Familiarity with complex or multi-use sites, ideally with lab or technical areas NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) required Confident handling data, managing reports, and keeping accurate records Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience with environmental compliance, COSHH, ISO standards, or waste management is an advantageThe Role Offers A varied position working across two active and technically complex sites The opportunity to contribute to a growing focus on sustainability and compliance Regular interaction with technical teams, contractors, and external partners Working within a global business who promote their staff and their wellbeing and support them to succeed.
